Kent Is Running As A Clean Elections Candidate

If you live in Legisative District 27, please donate $5.00 so Kent can quality for Clean Elections funding.

The Citizens Clean Election Act is a campaign finance reform measure that was initiated by Arizona Citizens and passed by the voters in 1998. The act created a new campaign financing system that provides full funding to qualified candidates who agree to abide by the Act and Citizens Clean Elections Commission rules. Funding comes from certain fines and fees, not tax dollars. Once a candidate qualifies, they are not allowed to receive funding from any other source.

This means that the candidate is only beholding to the voters, NOT corporate sponsors and NOT special interest groups. Just people like you!

Kent needs 220 registered voters in District 27 to contribute $5.00, to qualify. When he gets these, he’ll be a clean Elections Candidate and will receive Clean Elections funds for his campaign.

How to confirm your in Legislative District 27

Your legislative district is listed on your voter registration card in bottom row of numbers. Or if in doubt, email Kent and he will let you know.

1. Open the Clean Elections Form and print. Then fill in the blanks.

Address – Street, City, Zip, and County
Email address, if you have one
Your Signature and the date

Bottom Section – leave blank
